Having kicked off with a successful golf day, we can now start thinking about the next event. It will probably be in March/ April (still to be decided), but in the meantime it would be good to see what everyone wants. If you have any ideas not included in the poll, stick them on here and I'll add them.
Thanks for your input

Just a wee reminder for everyone to cast their vote on the members poll (vote at bottom right of the page). This is what we'll use to decide what the next outing will be, so every vote counts!

If the horse racing gets the vote, then it will possibly be the Scottish Grand national at Ayr

That said, I really dont mind which one it is.... (but for the record, I voted fishing)

I voted for go-karting (because of my amazing drivng skills), but having went to Hamilton races for the first time on Sunday, I have to say it was an absolutely brlliant day and never thought i'd enjoy it so much.

If i could vote again i'd defo vote for a day at the races.

I'm all for other days out and would be more than happy to sort a day's fishing

The reason for the poll is that the league is subsidising 2 trips a year, so its only fair to find out what people prefer before we organise anything.

At the end of the day, there's no reason why we cant do all of the above and more (time and money permitting), we can just organise it amoung ourselves outwith the league

To be honest, there are a few suggestions that just don't really fit the erm, stature of our players (Bob said it first), so obviously the comedy club is the best idea, or we could just wait for the next 147A - Rileys match and then read the forums afterwards....

did someone say casino?

If you can register your opinion on the new poll on the right, we'll try to get something organised for the end of September/ start of October (or thereabouts).
The alternatives I'm thinking of are go-karting, paintball or a day out sea fishing..... but I'm open to suggestions.
